The Play Spot Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Play Spot. These Terms & Conditions govern all memberships, facility use, services, and participation at The Play Spot. By purchasing a membership, entering the facility, or participating in activities, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

Memberships are available to individuals and families who complete all required registration forms, waivers, and payment obligations.

A parent or legal guardian must sign all documents for participants under 18 years of age.

2. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits may include:

• Unlimited or limited play access
• Member discounts on events or parties
• Special promotions
• Priority booking opportunities

Membership benefits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

3. Membership Payments

• Membership fees are due according to the selected billing cycle.
• Automatic recurring payments may apply for monthly memberships.
• Members are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
• Declined or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of membership access.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@theplayspotak.com

Refunds are subject to The Play Spot Refund Policy. Membership fees are generally non-refundable except under approved circumstances outlined in the refund policy.

5. Facility Rules & Safety

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, members agree to:

• Follow all posted facility rules
• Supervise children appropriately
• Treat staff and guests respectfully
• Use equipment safely and as intended
• Follow cleanliness and hygiene standards

The Play Spot reserves the right to deny entry or terminate membership privileges for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

6. Health & Illness Policy

For the safety of all guests:

• Children or adults showing signs of illness may be asked to leave.
• Members should not visit the facility with contagious illnesses, fever, vomiting, or similar symptoms.

The Play Spot reserves the right to refuse service when health concerns arise.

7. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Participation in play activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and other injuries.

By using the facility, members voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree that The Play Spot, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damages except where prohibited by law.

Parents and guardians accept responsibility for supervising minors in their care.

8. Personal Property

The Play Spot is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secured at all times.

9. Photos & Media Release

The Play Spot may use photos or videos taken within the facility for marketing, advertising, or social media purposes.

Members who do not wish to be photographed or recorded must notify management in writing via email at info@theplayspotak.com.

10. Membership Suspension or Termination

The Play Spot reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for:

• Violation of facility rules
• Unsafe behavior
• Harassment of staff or guests
• Non-payment
• Misuse of membership privileges

11. Hours & Facility Availability

Operating hours, attractions, programs, and services may change without notice due to maintenance, holidays, private events, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Temporary closures do not automatically qualify for refunds.

12. Privacy

Member information is handled according to The Play Spot Privacy Policy.

13. Amendments

The Play Spot reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted in the facility and/or online.

Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
